Ernakulam district has the proud of first complete literacy district of our nation. It was the effort of so many dedicated youths. But quite unfortunate, our district is changing to be hub of drugs, or in the edge of that. The proposed new project will serve better attention to take care whom are in the ‘well’ to achieve ‘will’ and in the right path to recall the youth to rebuild the nation. Addiction is also an illness which requires proper treatment & care.
